A toilet trailer can look great in a photo. If you are planning one for Australia or New Zealand, you will also want to know what paperwork sits behind the parts you choose. ZZKNOWN can show component certificates and test reports for the specified tyres, tow coupling, road lights, water pipework, cable and hand dryer. Here is a walk around the trailer, with one relevant original page from each of nine documents.

The callouts show where these component types sit on the photographed trailer. Internal pipework, wiring and the hand dryer location are indicative; the final component list depends on your project specification.
Tyres are easy to overlook when you are comparing layouts and finishes. We have Dutch RDW E4 type approval documents under UN R54 and UN R117 for the tyre models named in those files. The R54 document identifies a 185R14C tyre. The R117 document covers listed LICORNE tyre series and addresses rolling noise, wet grip and rolling resistance. We can check the exact model and size proposed for your trailer against the relevant paperwork.
1 of 9 — UN R54 E4 tyre type approval. Original page 1 identifies the approval number and 185R14C size.
2 of 9 — UN R117 E4 tyre type approval. Original page 1 lists the approval number and LICORNE tyre models.
For a trailer specified with the TSC-03A tow coupling, we can provide Australian component type approval CTA-061800, associated with ADR 62/02. The model and approval number make it straightforward to check which coupling the document covers. You can also look up the official ROVER record for CTA-061800.
3 of 9 — TSC-03A tow coupling, CTA-061800. Original page 1 shows the model, approval number and approval details.
The side markers, rear combination lamps and number plate lamp do different jobs, so we keep their documents separate. The files shown here are an ADR test report for the T530-S side marker and reflector, an ADR compliance report for the T105 rear combination lamp, and a UN R4 type approval for the LPL0351 number plate lamp. Each page identifies a particular lamp model. We match the lamps selected for a build to the corresponding documents.
4 of 9 — LPL0351 number plate lamp, UN R4 E4 type approval. Original page 1 of the 2021 document.
5 of 9 — T530-S side marker and reflector ADR test report. Original page 1 shows the model, report number and PASS result.
6 of 9 — T105 rear combination lamp ADR compliance report. Original page 2 of the 2012 report lists the lamp functions and related approval references.
For the water lines, ZZKNOWN can provide PALCONN multilayer hot and cold water pipes and fittings covered by WaterMark certificate WM 74970. Its accompanying product schedule lists the relevant pipes and fittings, including connectors, elbows and tees. We can check the exact sizes and models chosen for your trailer against that schedule. The official WaterMark record for 074970 is available to view.
7 of 9 — WaterMark WM 74970. Original page 1 identifies the certificate and its scope; listed products are detailed in the accompanying schedule.
For projects using Australian-standard three-colour cable, we have certificate SAA-200446-EA for the cable products named in its schedule. The certificate gives a clear starting point for checking the cable type, model and size proposed in the electrical specification.
8 of 9 — SAA-200446-EA cable certificate. The original first page shows the certificate number; the listed cable types and sizes should be checked against the full schedule.
For selected hand dryer models, we also have an electrical safety test report referencing IEC and AS/NZS 60335 requirements. The page below summarises the test outcome and identifies a model covered by the report. We can confirm the report against the dryer chosen for your trailer.
9 of 9 — Hand dryer safety test report B-S2212A4529. Original page 4 includes a test summary and model information.
Tell us whether your trailer will be used in Australia or New Zealand, how you plan to use it, and which features matter most. We can walk through the proposed component list and the paperwork available for those parts. Each certificate or report applies to the products and models named in that document; whole-trailer requirements and local registration are considered separately for the destination market.
