When Mia, an aspiring food entrepreneur from California, decided to launch her dream mobile salad and cold drink business, she knew two things: it had to look fresh and modern, and it had to be functional enough to serve quickly and efficiently. Mia’s trailer was built to exact dimensions—250cm long, 200cm wide, and 230cm high—ideal for maneuvering in tight urban spaces while offering enough interior space to operate comfortably. We went with a single-axle, two-wheel design, and added a reliable braking system to ensure safety during transit and when parked.
For the exterior, she picked RAL 6027 light green, a refreshing pastel shade that gave the trailer an inviting, health-conscious vibe—perfectly aligned with her brand identity.
To ensure a smooth customer experience, we followed Mia’s reference blueprints and included a serving board plus a sliding window system. This combination provides an open, friendly interaction space while protecting staff and food from external elements—a key feature for outdoor vendors.
“The window setup is so intuitive—it keeps the line moving fast while giving me enough room to work comfortably,” Mia shared.
Operating in the U.S. meant adapting to 110V 60Hz American standard electrical systems. We installed eight sockets to power all of Mia’s essential appliances, from her salad prep station to her ice machine and cash register. The setup ensures every device has a dedicated outlet, minimizing the risk of overload or downtime during busy hours.

To give Mia full energy independence at festivals or off-grid locations, we built a custom generator box measuring 76.2cm x 71.1cm x 68.5cm. It houses her portable generator safely while maintaining ventilation and easy access for maintenance.
